Replicability assessment for READY solutions
The report D8.5 aims at assessing the replicability of the innovative solutions developed within READY. Specific conditions in other European countries were studied to evaluate the countries with the highest market potential. Through a questionnaire to READY stakeholders, best practices and barriers to replicability were identified.
Deliverable D8.5 uses the results of deliverables D8.3 “Market assessment for READY set of solutions” and D8.4 “Green business model options for READY solutions”.
In the previous deliverables D8.3 “Market assessment for READY set of solutions” and D8.4 “Green business model options for READY solutions”, the market and business models of three integrated solutions were studied and analysed. There are several options to commercialise these integrated solutions. However, the different partners and manufacturers involved in READY have different feedback. In addition, the European context differs from one technology to another, so the present analysis will be carried out by technology. Many technologies have been tested, especially within the refurbishment of apartments. We decided to focus this study on the technologies provided by READY partners, especially:
- The thermal photovoltaic panels (PVT)
- The low-temperature district heating (LTDH), district cooling and heat pump
- The battery storage solution-The electric vehicles (EV) charging stations
- The waste-water heat recovery at building scale
- The smart interface
For each technology, the replicability analysis was structured as follow. First, the technology was presented as well as the site and the objectives of the demonstration. Then, the European context was described. Finally, feedback from partners and best approaches are provided.
