Existing operational monitoring and data processing plans for the demonstration projects and common monitoring procedure

This report comprised an overview of the current state of the art and experience from other projects relevant for the operational monitoring in READY. It summarized the monitoring requirements and prepared an inventory of demonstrators to ensure that all necessary monitoring data is available and specifics are catered for. The developed monitoring templates proposed a method to collect and store the monitoring data and additional information.  The proposed validation methods secured the plausibility and completeness of (especially high resolution) data.
